“ Hands down THE BEST THAI IN CALGARY! The flavours are simply phenomenal! So rich and complex, I guarantee this will be a meal to remember. Everything we ordered surpassed anything I've ever tasted before. I recommend their Tom Gai (or something like that) coconut soup with mushrooms; it was so sweet, tasted like candy with just the right subtle spice. I also recommend the duck curry; the flavours are so bold, the duck wonderfully tender, and the eggplant in it was probably the best thing I've ever tasted. As if it couldn't get any better, we also had FREE ice cream at the end... And not just your average ice cream; beautifully rich and creamy coconut ice cream with fresh fruit. I would rate this restaurant 500/5 if I could ”
“ Photos: pad thai, duck and eggplant yellow curry, crying tiger beef. All three tasted great, although portions were on the smaller side. Mild spice level was still pretty spicy with some dishes, so I'd err on the safe side when ordering. Bill came to about 100 including tip for 3 people. ”
“ We used to get take out from this place ALL the time (10 years ago) and decided to go for my birthday for nostalgia. Just as good as I remember!! Atmosphere, service and food all 10/10. We ordered 3 dishes plus 2 rice for the 2 of us. We were quite full at the end but pretty much finished everything. I did read 1 bad review before we went however I checked the AB Health website prior to going and the last inspection had zero violations. They do a lot of take out business but I don’t see how the business can control those deliver drivers (Uber/door dash/skip the dishes). The only negative in my opinion is the parking lot is insanely small. There was 1 available spot however we opted to parked 1 street over by the McDonalds. This street is not permit parking and is free parking after 5pm Monday to Friday. ”
“ This place is amazing! We ordered the Crying Tiger Beef, Chicken and Peas/Cauliflower curry, Egg and Noodle stir fry dish, Deep Fried Squid and Chicken Skewers. Overall, the crying tiger is a 10/10 dish with the beef being so tender and the spice being hidden... it builds up but the chicken curry is a literal 11/10. You need to order rice to go along with all dishes, I recommend the coconut rice and honestly the chicken dish is simple but rocks beyond what I could imagine. The egg and noodle dish was ordered for no heat and even though it was good, I would pass. If you cannot take heat and spice I would avoid this place. With that said, all dishes are mild/medium for spice and thai peppers are used which can raise the heat a fair bit. The appetizers were great and I highly recommend the deep friend squid as quantity was great for this one. Overall, I love this place and its a small place but the food is always a 10/10. Enjoy your coconut ice cream at the end. ”

“ We ordered take out 7pm last night (04132025). There was an issue with our food delivery (Skipthedishes seriously dropped all of the balls). Whom ever we spoke to about our order was incredibly helpful, she was engaged and made sure we got our food. This is what real customer service used to look like. What amazing service! You can tell when someone genuinely cares... And of course the food was delicious! Thank you so much ”
“ While the place is small in size, 10 or so tables, it is HUGE on flavor, quality and service! The green and penang curries are outstanding and the vegetables are fresh and cooked on point. The dishes were cooked to order, they were very accommodating in changing items, and because of that there are no muchy veg! Coconut rice and roti were delightful! They top a great meal with a free coconut ice cream cone, and not just a little ball on top, the ice cream goes all the way down..need to learn their tricks! Classy! ”
